SYNOPSIS

”Future Speek” is a Conference Platform to kick start Conversations to re-envision Nigeria for the next 40 years. Under this Platform, the youths aged between 18-35 years would come together to openly discuss Nigeria’s Challenges, attempt to proffer solutions and re-envision the Nigeria of their dreams. Strategies for attaining the Goals of the new Vision would also be discussed. Outcomes of the Conference would be cascaded to a broader “Roundtable” & “Think Tank” that would include citizens of other age-groups, saddled with the responsibility of developing a Blueprint & Roadmap to attain the Vision. Membership of the “Think Tank” would be drawn from the best and finest brains available from different disciplines of importance and relevance.

Rationale

Usually, the country celebrates independence with pomp & pageantry, usually without any deliberate effort to engage in constructive activities that will positively impact the future of the country.

This Independence anniversary, in view of our present circumstances, is an auspicious time and a great opportunity to kick off conversations about the future of the country and make plans to actualize that future.

  • An online Conference that gathers the youths together to discuss the country’s major challenges and proffer solutions, whilst also envisioning an ideal country of their dreams.
