Who we are
Mindshift Advocacy for Development Initiative was incorporated on November 28, 2016. We are a non-partisan, non-governmental Organization with the main aim of re-directing citizens’ mindsets from negative mindsets in Private lives, in Societies and Nations to positive mindsets that foster meaningful holistic Personal, Social and National Development.

From the Founder
The bane of our problems as a Nation is our negative mindset as Individuals, Communities and as a Nation., which influences the way we think and the actions we take. This has resulted in the the rest of the world also having negative mindsets about us.
This pervasive negative mindset of majority of Nigerians, which influences the way we do things, has created problems such as lack of visionary and purposeful leadership, bad governance standards, erosion and loss of good value systems, corruption, poor understanding of global issues and how it impacts our lives, unprecedented, never-ending poverty, heavy debt burdens, over dependence on aids and loans, endless conflicts, inadequate education etc.
